Moss Decor uses Australia Post, Parcel Post with signature on delivery and email tracking notification if you choose to provide your email on check out. Please allow 3 -10 business days. Delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to your order total before check out.
Moss Decor will not be held responsible if goods are delivered to incorrect address, please ensure you provide the best contact number and correct delivery address upon checkout. Additional postage and freight charges will apply if goods are returned to Moss Decor or redirected from incorrect address to correct address. No refunds for loss of goods or damage of goods if incorrect address has been provided and goods delivered to the incorrect address.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully as Moss Decor are happy to exchange or refund faulty items returned in original condition and packaging, unused and with tags attached within 7 days. We do not consider colour variations in print runs or hand screen printed imperfections a fault. We will not refund due to incorrect purchase or change of mind. There is no refund or exchange without prior arrangement, please contact or email firstname.lastname@example.org and she will contact you.
We recommend you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning an item, as Moss Decor will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Return postage is the responsibility and cost of the customer and postage will be refunded once item is deemed to be faulty by Moss Decor and returned in the conditions of the returns policy above.
